Is the price per camera?
No. Prices are per location, for the hours you choose.
What counts as a location?
One site with one recorder setup: a store, a station, a warehouse, a clinic or a home. If you run several sites, each one has its own plan.
Can different locations have different hours?
Yes. A 24-hour station can be on Full Watch while a store that closes at night is on Night Watch.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is remote and part of your free trial. We confirm all billing details with you in writing before your first invoice.
How does the free trial work?
We connect to your cameras, agree the hours and call list, and watch for 7 days. Then you choose whether to continue.
