Remote video monitoring for industrial sites, job sites and yards
Equipment, copper, fuel and vehicles sit unattended every night and weekend. If your site already has cameras and an internet connection, our operators watch it after hours and call your site contact the moment someone is inside the fence.
The risk
What goes wrong on job sites and yards
Construction and farm equipment theft costs U.S. owners an estimated $300 million to $1 billion a year, and most of it is never recovered. Copper, fuel and catalytic converters disappear from yards and lots the same way: at night, when no one is watching.
construction and farm equipment thefts reported in 2016, the last detailed national report.

Source: LiveViewGPSThe National Equipment Register and NICB stopped publishing detailed annual reports after 2016, so these are the latest national benchmarks rather than current counts.

Answers
What live monitoring can and can’t do
We can
- Verify an intrusion and call your site contact right away
- Capture vehicle descriptions and the direction they leave
- Keep clips for police and insurance
We can’t
- Supply cameras, solar trailers or internet. We watch systems that are already online
- Talk to intruders through speakers. Our response is a phone call to your contacts
- Recover stolen equipment. We help you find out early
Privacy and compliance
Not legal advice. Have your counsel confirm the rules that apply to your site.
- Post “video monitored” signs at entrances. They deter and they keep customers informed.
- Audio stays off by default. About a dozen states require every party to consent to audio recording, so we only listen where your state allows it and your signs say so.
- Some states require written notice to employees about camera monitoring outside public areas. Connecticut’s law (§ 31-48d) is the best-known example; check your state’s rules.

Industrial & job sites: common questions
My site has cameras but no guard. Can you watch it at night?
Yes, as long as the recorder is online during your coverage hours.
Can you stop equipment theft?
We spot it early and call your contacts. Only about one in five stolen machines was recovered in 2016, so early detection matters.
Do you provide cameras or trailers?
No. We monitor the cameras you already have.
What about auto lots and catalytic converters?
Operators watch for people under or between vehicles after hours and call you right away.
How does the cost compare with a night guard?
Night Watch is $199 a month. A night guard at a typical $25 an hour costs roughly $9,000 a month. A guard can step in physically; we can't.
