Live monitoring for your home cameras
A real person watching your existing home cameras during the hours you choose: workdays, nights or while you are away. We call you, or a neighbor or relative you nominate, when someone is where they shouldn't be.
The risk
Most home burglaries happen in the daytime
Burglary in the U.S. is at its lowest level in decades. Two facts still matter: more home burglaries happen in the daytime, when people are at work, and very few are solved. A person watching live, and a clip of what happened, help with both.
of the 779,542 burglaries reported in the U.S. in 2024 were at homes.

Answers
What live monitoring can and can’t do
We can
- Watch live during the hours you choose and call you or your contact
- Save clips of anything unusual
- Check on a vacation home on request
We can’t
- Act as a listed alarm central station or dispatch fire services
- Watch indoor cameras in rented spaces. We only monitor exteriors and common areas there
Privacy and compliance
Not legal advice. Have your counsel confirm the rules that apply to your home.
- Keep cameras on your own property and aim them away from neighbors' windows and yards.
- Airbnb has banned indoor security cameras in all listings since April 30, 2024. For any rental, we monitor exterior cameras only.
- Audio stays off by default. About a dozen states require every party to consent to audio recording, so we only listen where your state allows it and your signs say so.

Home security: common questions
Can you monitor my home cameras?
Yes, if they record to a recorder or app we can view, such as Reolink, Lorex or iVMS. Send us your app name and we'll confirm.
Will you call the police?
We call you first, or the contacts you nominate. We agree during setup how you want police contact handled.
Can you watch my vacation home or rental?
Yes, exterior and shared areas only, never inside rented spaces.
How is this different from an alarm company?
An alarm waits for a sensor to trip. With us, a person actively watches your cameras during the hours you choose.
How much does it cost?
$199 to $299 a month per property, depending on the hours you want covered, with a 7-day free trial.
